Even if an article does not have a copyright footer it is still copyright protected, because copyright is automatic and does not require a declaration of copyright. Websites that allow re-use of their published material are doing so by licensing the work for re-use. Indisciplinarity articles do not have any licence attached to them and therefore the full protections of copyright law apply.

The copyright footer does not include the phrase "All Rights Reserved," because that phrase is legally redundant. All copyright protections are always preserved unless a license is issued that relaxes some of those protections. There is no such licence and therefore no relaxation of any copyright protections for Indisciplinarity articles.
